Break & Separate
Mechanical breaking sorts batteries into lead paste, metallic grids, polypropylene casings, and acid. Each stream is isolated.
Smelt & Reduce
Lead paste and grids enter rotary furnaces engineered for precise temperature control. The result: uniform crude bullion.
Refine & Certify
Proprietary de-coppering plus Harris-process refining strips Cu, Bi, Ag, and Sb to parts-per-million levels. Every batch is lab-assayed.
Ship
25 kg ingots palletized, loaded at Puerto Cabello, and delivered FOB or CIF. Transit to Houston or Miami: 5–7 days.
