Pure Lead Ingots
Secondary lead refined past the LME reference grade. Full Certificate of Analysis with every shipment.
We recycle spent lead-acid batteries into 99.98% pure lead. The difference is what we take out: two-stage de-coppering and Harris refining strip the bismuth and silver that most secondary reclaimers leave in the metal. Assayed batch by batch, shipped from our own gate.
Fifty-five years on the same ground in Mariara. The plant generates its own electricity and draws its own water, so a bad week on the national grid does not become a bad week for your shipment.
Everything that enters as a spent battery leaves as a specified product. The lead is refined, the casings are pelletized, the acid is neutralized.
Secondary lead refined past the LME reference grade. Full Certificate of Analysis with every shipment.
Pb-Sb, Pb-Ca and Pb-Sn tuned to your target composition. Send the spec; our metallurgists match it.
Battery casings cleaned, shredded and pelletized into injection-grade polypropylene. Nothing leaves as waste.
Collection to casting happens inside our own plant, which keeps the chain of custody intact and every batch accountable.
Spent lead-acid batteries received and graded on arrival.
Mechanical breaking isolates paste, grids, casings and acid.
Spent electrolyte neutralized and managed on site.
Rotary furnaces reduce paste and grids to crude bullion.
De-coppering and Harris refining strip Cu, Bi, Ag and Sb to ppm.
Every batch verified by OES and AAS spectrometry before release.
Cast to 25 kg ingots, palletized, COA issued per lot.
Only qualified battery scrap enters the furnace, and every source is documented before it is charged.
Smelted, refined, assayed and cast under one roof. No blending, no traders, no unknown provenance.
Pre-shipment sample and COA before release. Independent assay at destination is welcome.
The first question every new buyer asks is about shipping, so we built our logistics to answer it before you have to ask.
Venezuela's principal commercial port, fifty kilometers north of us, with direct access to Atlantic shipping lanes.
In the United States, lead-acid batteries recycle at about 99%, higher than aluminum, paper or glass. Every ingot we produce comes from a battery that would otherwise sit in a landfill. Our closed loop recovers the lead, the plastic and the acid. Nothing is wasted, and nothing is mined.
You buy from the refinery, not a trader, and the KYC pack goes out before you ask for it. Confirm product, volume, Incoterms and destination port; we issue a proforma invoice, agree terms, and ship every batch with its full documentation.
100 MT (4 x 20' FCL) for pure lead and alloys, and 20 MT for recycled polypropylene. We are happy to start with a trial order within those volumes.

On order confirmation we issue a proforma invoice and agree payment terms with you. Terms are set per order, so tell us what your side requires and we will work to it.
Yes. Every batch ships with a pre-shipment sample and a full Certificate of Analysis before release, and independent assay at destination is welcome.
