Recycled Polypropylene.
Every battery we process yields polypropylene. We clean it, shred it, and pelletize it into injection-grade material, because nothing should leave our facility as waste.
From battery casing to injection-grade pellet.
Our recycled polypropylene is sourced exclusively from lead-acid battery casings processed at our facility. Each casing is separated during the battery breaking stage, then cleaned to remove residual acid and lead contamination, shredded to uniform particle size, and pelletized for consistent feed in injection molding equipment.

Reported per lot
Residual lead is checked by OES. Lot-specific MFI and ash content are reported on each Certificate of Analysis.
Uniform pellet feed
Shredded to uniform particle size and pelletized for consistent feed in injection molding equipment.
Built for industrial injection molding.
Recycled polypropylene from battery casings is suitable for a wide range of industrial injection molding applications where virgin-grade material is not required.
Common uses include automotive parts, industrial containers, cable management components, construction materials, and general-purpose plastic goods. The material offers consistent melt flow properties and mechanical strength appropriate for non-critical structural applications.
Available in both black and natural color, the material can be compounded with additives or colorants to meet specific application requirements. MFI (Melt Flow Index) data is available upon request for your engineering team to evaluate suitability.
Specified per lot, ready to run.
