Yes. Once your container is loaded, we provide the bill of lading number and vessel details. You can track the shipment through the carrier's online portal or through your freight forwarder.
We handle all Venezuelan export customs procedures. Import customs clearance at your destination is your responsibility (or your broker's). We provide all required documentation in advance to ensure smooth clearance.
No. We sell FOB Puerto Cabello, so ocean freight and cargo insurance are yours to arrange from the moment the goods are on board. We recommend every buyer carries cargo insurance; your forwarder can usually add it to the freight booking.
Our primary routes serve the Americas. However, we can arrange shipments to European, African and Asian ports on request. Transit times and logistics will vary, contact us for a specific quote.
