Every shipment moves through the same five stages, produced, tested, packed and loaded at our own facility, then cleared through Puerto Cabello.
You confirm product, volume, Incoterms and destination port. Minimum order is 100 MT (4 × 20' FCL). We issue a proforma invoice and agree payment terms.
Your order is produced, lab-tested and packaged. Every batch receives a full Certificate of Analysis before it leaves the refining floor.
Palletized ingots are loaded into 20-foot containers at our facility and trucked to Puerto Cabello, minutes from our campus.
Your container ships via established commercial routes. Transit times depend on destination, as short as 3–5 days to the Caribbean, 5–7 days to the US Gulf Coast.
COA, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and SDS, prepared and transmitted before or upon arrival.

We quote FOB Puerto Cabello as standard, with CIF and CFR available. Choose the term that fits your freight and insurance arrangements.
Free On Board. We deliver the goods onto the vessel at Puerto Cabello. You arrange ocean freight and insurance from that point. Our most common term for buyers with established freight relationships.
Cost, Insurance and Freight. We handle everything, production, loading, ocean freight and cargo insurance, delivered to your named port. You handle customs clearance on arrival.
Cost and Freight. The same as CIF, but without cargo insurance. We deliver to your port; you arrange your own coverage. Preferred by buyers with blanket cargo policies.
Ingots are cast, palletized and secured for container transport, and marked for full traceability from heat number to shipment.

Yes. Once your container is loaded, we provide the bill of lading number and vessel details. You can track the shipment through the carrier's online portal or through your freight forwarder.
We handle all Venezuelan export customs procedures. Import customs clearance at your destination is your responsibility (or your broker's). We provide all required documentation in advance to ensure smooth clearance.
Under CIF terms, yes, cargo insurance is included in our price. Under FOB and CFR terms, you arrange your own insurance. We recommend all buyers carry cargo insurance regardless of Incoterms.
Our primary routes serve the Americas. However, we can arrange shipments to European, African and Asian ports on request. Transit times and logistics will vary, contact us for a specific quote.
