We sell on one term: FOB Puerto Cabello. We deliver the goods on board the vessel, export-cleared and fully documented, and you arrange ocean freight and insurance from that point. Import duty and classification sit on your side of the line, so read the trade compliance notes before you fix a price. If your deal needs a different arrangement, contact us and we will look at it case by case.
Free On Board. Risk and cost pass to you once the goods are on board at Puerto Cabello. The metal price stays separate from freight, so you can compare our quote against any other origin on equal footing.

Yes. Once your container is loaded, we provide the bill of lading number and vessel details. You can track the shipment through the carrier's online portal or through your freight forwarder.
We handle all Venezuelan export customs procedures. Import customs clearance at your destination is your responsibility (or your broker's). We provide all required documentation in advance to ensure smooth clearance.
No. We sell FOB Puerto Cabello, so ocean freight and cargo insurance are yours to arrange from the moment the goods are on board. We recommend every buyer carries cargo insurance; your forwarder can usually add it to the freight booking.
Our primary routes serve the Americas. However, we can arrange shipments to European, African and Asian ports on request. Transit times and logistics will vary, contact us for a specific quote.
